Anionic polyacrylamide for textile agent has the functions of suspended matter adsorption and electric neutralization. The product is intertwined and crosslinked by polymer chains to form bridging adsorption suspended particles, so as to enlarge and thicken the flocculation structure.

Features

1. As a thickener, it is added to the dye to make the dye have appropriate rheology and high viscosity at low shear speed, so as to prevent the dye from flowing and diffusing when standing. In this way, the printed pattern has very clear edges. However, at high shear speed, the dye viscosity is very low, which makes it easy to print and dye.

2. As sizing agent, it can protect the yarn and reduce the number of broken ends, improve the anti-wear ability of the yarn during spinning and reduce fuzzing. The slurry and the fabric are connected by a weak bond and only need to work temporarily.

3. Used as fixing agent. The product can shield the anionic group of pigment, so that the pigment loses hydrophilicity and is insoluble in water. In this way, the pigment is fixed without migration.
