The appearance of cationic polyacrylamide flocculant is white powder, which can be dissolved in water in any proportion and insoluble in organic solvents. It presents positive electricity in acidic or alkaline medium, flocculates and precipitates the suspended particles with negative charge in sewage, and is suitable for the treatment of wastewater with negative charge and rich in organic matter. 1. It has good water solubility and can be completely dissolved in cold water.

2. Adding a small amount of cationic polyacrylamide products can get great flocculation effect. Generally, only 0.01 ~ 10ppm (0.01 ~ 10g / m3) can give full play to the function.

3. At the same time, cationic polyacrylamide products and inorganic flocculants (polyferric sulfate, polyaluminium chloride, iron salt, etc.) can show greater effect.

Effects:

1. Sedimentation and clarification. This product shows positive electricity in acidic or alkaline media, so it can flocculate and precipitate the sewage with negative charge of suspended particles in the sewage, and can be used for the treatment of domestic sewage and organic wastewater, such as grain alcohol production wastewater, papermaking wastewater, beer wastewater, monosodium glutamate plant wastewater, sugar making wastewater, beverage plant wastewater, meat product wastewater, etc.

2. Dehydration. Activated sludge process is often used to treat urban and industrial sewage. Biochemical sludge is often a colloid with strong hydrophilicity, high organic content and difficult dehydration. According to the nature of sludge, selecting the corresponding model of this product can effectively dewater the sludge before it enters the pressure filtration. It has low dosage and high dehydration efficiency.

3. Decolorization. This product has unique decolorization ability and is mainly used for decolorization treatment of high chroma wastewater from printing and dyeing factory. It can also be used for the treatment of industrial wastewater such as textile, printing and dyeing, printing ink and so on.

4. Thickening. It can be used as mud treatment agent, selective water shutoff agent and water injection thickener in the process of oilfield development.

5. Textile sizing stabilizer. Cationic polyacrylamide flocculant can be used as a textile sizing stabilizer. Adding polyacrylamide to the slurry can enhance the stability of the slurry, reduce pulp falling, reduce the end breakage rate of the fabric, and make the cloth surface bright and clean.
