Cationic Polyacrylamide (Powder), copolymerized by cationic monomer and acrylamide, is a water-soluble and linear organic polymer with high molecular weight. Because it has a variety of active groups, it can interact with and adsorb many substances to form hydrogen bonds. Cationic Polyacrylamide (Powder) mainly flocculates negatively charged colloids, with functions of turbidity removal, decolorization, adsorption, adhesion, etc.

Application:

As a flocculating agent, Cationic Polyacrylamide (Powder) is mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation process, such as settlement, clarification, concentrate and sludge dewatering process.

Applications for all the major sectors are: Urban Sewage Treatment, Paper, Food Processing, Petrochemical, Metallurgical Processing, Dyeing and the Sugar and all kinds of industrial wastewater treatment.

Usage:

1. Choose the suitable type of cationic polyacrylamide powder according to your own situation.

2. Prepare the cationic polyacrylamide solution. The recommended mass percentage concentration is 0.1%-0.5%, that is, adding 0.1g-0.5g cationic polyacrylamide into 100mL-500mL of water.

3. When the water temperature is higher in summer, the stirring time is about 50 minutes.

When the water temperature is lower in winter, the stirring time is about 60 minutes for the cationic polyacrylamide.

4. Adding the cationic polyacrylamide solution into the sewage when the particles are completely dissolved.

5. Cationic polyacrylamide solution is more stable when pH value is less than 5.5.

Storage:

Store it in cool, well-ventilated area and keep away from ignition sources, heat, and open flames, and please store in in tightly sealed containers.

Incompatibles: strong oxidizing agents.
