How to use Industrial grade PAM powder:

1. Industrial grade PAM powder can not be used directly, and it needs to be diluted and dissolved with water in a certain proportion, and then used after it is completely dissolved.

2. Please use clean tap water to dissolve polyacrylamide, not sewage water. Normal temperature water is sufficient, generally no heating is required.

3. Weigh the powder that needs to be dissolved. The dissolution ratio is usually 0.1-0.3%, that is, 1 ton of water plus 1-3 kg of polyacrylamide dry powder or emulsion.

4. The use site needs to have a dissolving tank or a dissolving tank, and a stirring device, the stirring speed is 60-200 revolutions/min, the dissolving tank and stirring device cannot be iron, for iron ions will cause product degradation.

5. The stirring time is 40-60 minutes, and the dissolved aqueous solution is a transparent and colorless viscous liquid.

6. Add a certain amount of water to the dissolving tank or pool first, and when the water floods the stirring blade at the bottom, turn on the stirring. While continuing to inject water, add the weighed agent slowly and evenly to the water. Note: Too fast dosing speed will cause the medicine to agglomerate.
