1, anionic polyacrylamide use

(1) Mainly used as flocculant: for suspended particles, they are coarser, higher concentration of particles, the pH value of water is neutral or alkaline sewage, because anionic polyacrylyl molecular chain contains a certain amount of polarity function to adsorb solid particles suspended in water, so that the bridge between particles to form large flocculant. Therefore, it can accelerate the settlement of particles in the suspension, and has a very obvious role in clarifying the return solution and promoting filtration. This product is mainly used for chemical wastewater, waste liquid treatment and other inorganic wastewater treatment; Municipal sewage treatment, tap water industry, high turbidity water purification, clarification, coal washing, mineral processing, metallurgy, iron and steel industry, zinc, aluminum processing, electronics industry and other water treatment.

(2) Anionic polyacrylamide is used in petroleum industry, oil recovery, drilling mud, waste mud treatment, waterproof, reduce friction resistance, improve oil recovery rate, tertiary oil recovery.

(3) Used for textile sizing agent, stable grout performance, less pulping, fabric break rate is low, smooth cloth surface.

2, cationic polyacrylamide use

Acidic and alkaline media are positive, usually lower than anionic or non-ionic polyacrylamide molecular weight charge neutralization mainly to obtain the performance of clarifying sewage. Cationic polyacrylamide in alcohol, monosodium glutamate, sugar, beverage, printing and dyeing urban sewage in the organic wastewater treatment effect is anionic polyacrylamide, non-ionic polyacrylamide or inorganic salts several times or dozens of times, because this kind of wastewater generally has negative charge. Cationic polyacrylamide is suitable for high speed centrifuge, belt filter press, plate and frame filter press and other special sludge dewatering machinery. It has the characteristics of fast floc formation speed, large floc, good compression resistance, good shear resistance and easy separation from the press cloth. Therefore, the dehydration rate is high, the liquid content of filter cake is low, the dosage is small, which can greatly reduce the user's use cost. It can also be used for hydrochloric acid, medium concentration sulfuric acid and other liquids to separate and purify suspended substances.
