Paper Making CPAM Cationic Polyacrylamide Powder can promote the bonding effect between fibers, improves compression strength, tensile strength, burst strength and flexural strength, etc. It is widely used as retention aid, filtering aid, homogenizing agent and other agents in the field of paper making, for its can well improve the quality of paper, improve the pulp dewatering performance, improve the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, reduce the consumption of raw materials and environmental pollution and so on. Also, the effectiveness of its use in papermaking mainly depends on its average molecular weight, ionic nature, ionic strength and the activity of other copolymers.
Paper Making CPAM Cationic Polyacrylamide Powder can increase the dry strength of paper by 10% to 20%. This product can be divided into three types: cationic polyacrylamide, anionic polyacrylamide and non-ionic polyacrylamide, and they all have different focus roles in paper making, for example, non-ionic polyacrylamide is mainly used to improve the filterability of pulp, increase the dry paper strength and improve the retention rate of fibers and fillers.
This type of dry strength agent and water are diluted in a ratio of 1:10~30, and can be added in the slurry tank or slurry tank intermittently, or can be continuously added in the high tank with a metering pump. The dosage is 0.5%~2.0% (absolute dry pulp), and the concentration is generally 0.5%~1.0%.
