The Textile Water Treatment Flocculant is a kind of chemical with polyacrylamide as the main component, which is used as a flocculant and has a better treatment effect on textile wastewater.
The Textile Water Treatment Flocculant is a kind of chemical with polyacrylamide as the main component, which is used as a flocculant and has a better treatment effect on textile wastewater. The desizing wastewater is alkaline organic wastewater, containing pulp decomposition products, fiber chips, acids, enzymes and other pollutants, and the wastewater is light yellow. The use of our Textile Water Treatment Flocculant is to greatly improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment.
The Textile Water Treatment Flocculant is used as a sizing agent and finishing agent for fabric post-treatment, which can produce a soft, anti-wrinkle and anti-mildew protective layer. With strong moisture absorption, it can reduce the rate of yarn breakage when spinning; polyacrylamide as a post-treatment agent can prevent static electricity and flame retardation of fabrics. In addition, polyacrylamide can be used for efficient purification of textile printing and dyeing wastewater.

1. Prepare the flocculant solution. The recommended percentage concentration of mass is 0.2%, that is, adding 1g of Polyacrylamide in 500 mL of water.
2. Sampling volume of mud: 200 ml.
3. Selection of the flocculant model: add the flocculant solution according to the mud concentration of 200 ml, shake the beaker 6 times and observe the flocculation effect.
4.The water flocculant dissolves in should be clean water (like tap water), not sewage. Normal temperature water is sufficient, and generally does not need to be heated. Strong acid and strong alkaline water are not suitable for preparing solutions.
5.Stirring is required during solution preparation. When the summer water temperature is high, the anionic and cationic polymers should be stirred for about 1 hour; When the water temperature is low in winter, the anionic and cationic polymers should be stirred for approximately 1.5 hours. The stirring speed should not be too fast to avoid the degradation of the polymer. for cationic and anionic Polyacrylamide.
6. Add the flocculant solution to the wastewater when the particles are completely dissolved.
7.The Cationic Polyacrylamide Solution is more stable when the pH value is less than 5.5 and the Anionic Polyacrylamide Solution is more stable when the pH value is greater than 6.0
